How do I start a workout?
Sign in with Apple, then tap "Begin Session" on the welcome screen. Position your device so it can see your full body, and get into push-up position. The app will automatically detect when you're in position and start counting your reps.
The app isn't counting my reps correctly. What should I do?
For best accuracy:
  • Ensure you're in good lighting
  • Position your device to see your side profile (recommended)
  • Complete full push-up motions (from top position to bottom and back up)
  • Make sure you're in proper push-up position before starting
  • Keep the camera steady and at a good angle
How do I view my workout history and progress?
Navigate to your Profile screen to see your total sessions, total reps, and best session. Tap "Metrics" to view detailed charts and analytics showing your progress over different time periods (7 days, 30 days, 3 months, or all time).
How does the free trial work?
New users get a 7-day free trial with full access to all premium features. The trial starts automatically when you first sign in with Apple. No credit card is required during the trial period. You can subscribe before the trial ends to continue using the app without interruption.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple account settings:
  • Open Settings on your iPhone
  • Tap [Your Name] → Subscriptions
  • Select "PushUp Tracking & Counter"
