Start tracking workouts immediately! Core workout features work without signing in. Automatic prompts are rate-limited so they don't appear more than 3 times per week.

Stand facing the camera with hands at shoulder level (elbows bent). Press the weights straight up until your arms are extended above your head, then lower back to shoulder level. The AI tracks elbow angles (shoulder-elbow-wrist) and hand position. One rep = bottom (bent) to top (extended overhead) and back to bottom.
