Motion
Reduce Motion
With Reduce Motion on (Settings > Accessibility > Motion), the animated visuals become still: Vitals Core stops beating and breathing, Recovery Planet stops spinning, the heartbeat strip and the background scan line stop. The numbers and text are the same.
Languages
The app, widgets and the Apple Watch app are available in 21 languages: English, Arabic, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Dutch, French, German, Greek, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Turkish and Vietnamese. Some feature names (Recovery Battery, Morning Reveal, Echo, Vitals Core) stay in English by design.
What isn't fully accessible yet
- VoiceOver on iPhone: charts, the Readiness Radar, Vitals Core and Recovery Planet are visual and are not described in full yet.
- Larger Text on iPhone: most dashboard cards use fixed text sizes, so they don't grow with your text size setting.
- Colour: some trend charts and the weekly heatmap rely on green, amber and red.
- Contrast: some small secondary labels are dim against the dark background.
If one of these gets in your way, please tell us. We are working through them.
